Harshika talks about how a dream can be backed by commitment and persistence to tread the path to success. She establishes how a passionate individual does everything to convert dreams into reality. Harshika Singh is an IAS officer from the 2012 Batch. Although she was selected for the services with Rank 640 in 2011, she did not join the services. Harshika re-appeared for the examination in 2012 and secured All India Rank 8. Presently, she is posted as Deputy Secretary (Finance), Finance Department, Govt of M.P.
