FYI: I used the mask to cut off airflow, trying to work up lung capacity and exceed my mental limits.

Legs are the most important part of your body, without them you couldn't even walk. So stop making excuses and go work them out!!!

I do street workout/calisthenics a lot, but I also train my legs with weights.
