Anastasiya Shpagina is a 19-year-old YouTube personality who became an internet star thanks to her anime-inspired makeup tutorials. That, and she really looks like an anime character.

In China, living blow up doll and web celebrity Wang Jiayun also looks like an anime character come to life, as does Koko Wang, though she may have achieved her look using Photoshop. Then there's Tina Leopard, who looks like she's had serious surgery on her chin to achieve her anime doll look.
