Ingredients for blanching Spinach -
2 huge bunches of Spinach
2-2 1/2 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
Icy water

Ingredients for gravy -
1 tblsp oil
1 tblsp butter (or ghee)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
6-7 cloves Garlic finely chopped (big size)
3 Green Chillies finely chopped
1 medium Onion finely chopped (approx. 1/2 cup)
1 tblsp Chickpea flour (Besan)
1 pinch Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1-2 tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 tsp Coriander powder (Dhaniya Powder)
1/3 cup Water
3/4 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
2 tblsps Fresh Yoghurt
1 tblsp Malai
1/4 tsp Garam Masala

Ingredients for Baghaar -
1 tblsp Ghee or Butter
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
4-5 Garlic cloves chopped (big size)
2 whole Red Chillies
1 tsp Sesame Seeds (Til)
