I have created 2 different one-button-one-shot-opener macros. One for max damage and another for actual opening rotation when it comes to actually playing Sub Rogue. Here are the macros:

One-Shot:
/castsequence reset=20 Premeditation,Cheap Shot,Hemorrhage,***INSERT ON-USE TRINKET NAME***,Mecha-Blast Rocket,Eviscerate,Marked for Death,Death From Above

Basic Opener:
