This is a Sequel to Keio: Flying Squadron. This game differs from the first game that focus on platforming rather than just a horizontal shooter. It also has a scoring system where you can just defeat enemies on screen for example: The moles are passive in one stage; if you attack them you will lose points to your karma system, highlight in blue text. The more points you add, the more you unlock features in the options menu.

Keio Yugekitei Katsugekihen was released in May 1996 for the Sega Saturn in Japan, Europe, and Australia. The second installment of the series continues the story of Rami's adventures as the Keeper of the Secret Treasure (a sphere passed down through generations of Rami's family). Rami races Dr. Pon and a new rival Himiko Yamatai for an ancient treasure that can be unlocked with six spheres. This game features animated cut scenes. Provided by Studio Pierrot, who provided the animation for the cut scenes in the first game.
