Repeat the following exercises 3 times: (50 sec work, 10 sec rest)

1) Jab, cross, jab, drop squat
2) 1 elevated pushup, 1 regular pushup
3) Side squat, curtsy lunge (right leg)
4) 4 tricep dips, 4 tricep pushups
5) side squat, curtsy lung (left leg)
6) mountain climbers
7) plie squat walks
8) triple pulse lunges forward and back (right leg)
9) straight leg leg lifts
10) triple pulse lunges forward and back (left leg)
