This workout will burn approx 500-600 calories.

Part 1 (20 min Complete 2 rounds of the following : 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest

1) Kettlebell or dumbbell swing
2) Step up w/ knee up, lunge back (right leg)
3) elevated pushup w/ oblique knee tuck
4) step up w/ knee up, lunge back (left leg)
5) Plank knee in+out w/ sliders
6) low side step (2) squat and press (2)
7) 1 leg squat (right leg)
8) 1 pushup, 1 pike pushup
9) 1 leg squat (left leg)
10) flutter kicks

Part 2 (20 min) Complete 2 rounds of the following: 50 sec work, 10 sec rest

1) squat and kick
2) elevated plank glut raise (right leg)
3) elevated hip raise (right leg)
4) 1 commando plank, 2 oblique knee tucks
5) elevated hip raise (left leg)
6) elevated plank glut raise (left leg)
7) lunge back, knee up (right leg)
8) tricep dips
9) lunge back, knee up (left leg)
10) bicycle abs
