This workout will burn approx 400 calories

Part 1: Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises (50:10)
1) dumbell swings
2) tricep pushups + wide pushups
3) pendulum lunge with glute raise (right leg)
4) 2 froggers, 2 shoulder taps
5) Pendulum lunge with glute raise (left leg)
6) 2 low side step, squat and press
7) lunge back, front raise, lunge back, lateral raise
8) pushup into sideplank with knee tuck

Part 2: Ab Bonus
Complete 2 rounds of the following (50:10)
1) wax on, wax off
2) 4 plank walks, 4 knee tucks
3) V Abs - arms in and out
