STOP Doing It Wrong! Here are my 3 Big Booty Secrets. But First we will talk about the things that can make your booty FLAT!

#1 We sit a lot! But sitting does not make your booty flat on itself. It is the fact that we do not do anything to STOP It.

Now, the reasons we want to have a nice booty can vary from person to person. You may want to have a peachy BUTT, Your leggings to look fire, your bikini to look heat and if you have a nice, strong, well developed butt you have so many advantages because it is one of the most important muscles.

So lets get into the 3 Big Booty Secrets I told you about. First thing we are going to cover is the exercise. There are so many exercises you can do to get that round booty, but if you are not consistent you will not see results. Check out my BUTT Workout Playlist:

The second SECRET is the MEALS. With Booty your meals revolve around protein! The protine helps your body grow the muscle that gives your booty that shape! Check the list of proteins I recommend: 6:15

Here is the third Big Booty Secret: If you are a person that sits a lot, there's an exercise you can try at home, at home, or at school. All you do is to think about your booty and squeeze your butt so hard that your body lifts. Hold the squeeze as much as you can, release and do it again, for at least 15 minutes.
