Ingredients for stuffed capsicum
Capsicum - 3 (250 grams)
Potatoes - 4 (400 grams)
Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Green coriander (finely chopped) - 2 to 3 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Dry mango powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Maggi Masala-Ae-Magic - 1 packet
How to make stuffed capsicum
1- Take 3 capsicums, hollow them using a knife and remove their seeds too.
2- After hollowing them, take 3 potatoes, boil, peel and mash them but, not finely.
3- Preheat a pan, add 2 teaspoons of oil and heat it.
4- Add a ¼ teaspoons cumin seeds, 2 finely chopped green chillies to it on low flame.
5- Add a teaspoon of ginger paste, a 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, a teaspoon of coriander powder to it and saute the spices.
6- Add the mashed, a ½ teaspoon of salt, a ½ teaspoon of red chilli powder, a ¼ teaspoon of mango powder to it and roast them on medium flame.
7- Add a packet of Masala Ae-Magic to it along with some chopped green coriander.
8- Fill the stuffing in capsicums using a spoon and insert it well using back side of the spoon.
9- Preheat a wok and a 2 tablespoons of oil in it on medium flame.
10- Place the capsicums for cooking it on medium flame.
11- Cover and cook them for 2 minutes.
12- Rotate and cook it after every interval of 2 to 3 minutes.
13- After cooking them for 20 minutes, the stuffed capsicum has cooked.
14- Remove and place them on a plate.
15- Garnish with some finely chopped green coriander.
16- Stuffed Capsicum is ready to be served.
1- Serve it along with Paratha, Chapati, rice or anything as per your desire.
