http://www.trainingforwarriors.com Here is TFW's Martin Rooney performing the second exercise of the "Mantathlon." This is the bodyweight chin up for reps. To perform the exercise, you must reach full extension at the bottom and get your chin over the bar at the top. Letting go of the bar ends the exercise and you count your total reps. These reps are added to your total "Mantathlon" score. You must complete all 5 exercises in 20 minutes or less.
