This is a very easy and very tasty chutney made with sesame seeds goes very well with kebabs and many Indian dishes.

Sesame chutney or til seeds is a great add on to any meal. The sesame seeds are naturally rich. and eat with any snack or meal.

INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients Quantity Units
Sesame seeds 1 Cup
Garlic 4 Numbers
Tamarind 5 Grams
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Green chilli 4 Numbers
Salt 1 to taste
Onion (chopped) 1 Numbers

DIRECTIONS: Heat a pan add 1 cup of sesame seeds and dry roast let it cool down. In a blender add roasted sesame seeds, garlic cloves, tamarind pieces, cumin seeds, green chilli, salt make it into a paste by adding required water. Before serve this chutney by adding chopped onions. Serve this with Dosa,Chapati or Rice.
