This workout has 3 parts

Part 1: Cardio + Legs
Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises (50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

1) Prisoner squat jumping jacks
2) 3 lateral squat walks, half burpee
3) Plyo lunge (right leg)
4) Squat walks
5) Plyo lunge (left leg)

Part 2 - Upper Body Focus
Go through this sequence once

1) 5 Tricep pushup burpees
2) 20 reps back lunge with alternating bicep curl and lateral raise
3) 5 Tricep pushup burpees
4) 20 reps back lunge with alternating bicep curl and lateral raise
5) 5 diamond pushup burpees
6) 20 reps back lunge with alternating bicep curl and lateral raise
7) 5 diamond pushup burpees

Part 3: Cardio + Abs
Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises (50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)

1) 10 high knees, 10 mountain climbers
2) leg lifts
3) toe touch jacks
4) ball pass
5) commando plank burpee
