Sometimes pelvic floor dysfunction is caused by a weak pelvic floor; sometimes we say it has been positionally inhibited. This is where balance, alignment, and better awareness of your body throughout the day can have a positive impact. In this video we start at the feet and move up the chain to look at rotational capacity in the hip.
