Folks, we have to start talking about this. We the community have to do a better job addressing and de-stigmatizing pelvic floor dysfunction, in women (jump rope pee) AND men (boner/no boner). “Do more kegels” doesn’t cut it.

Sometimes pelvic floor dysfunction is caused by a weak pelvic floor; sometimes we say it has been positionally inhibited.
