Pushing higher reps of complexes can lead to all sorts of breakdown and exhaustion due to improper mechanics and or inefficient stability. [Note the wobble on one of the last reps]
Doing this just because you saw it on youtube doesnt mean you should try it unless you can for certain have proper movements in all of the parts of the complex or series.
This was a lot of stabilization in one minutes time. I believe 10 reps.
For progression, start with one bell. Then go to our band assisted double sots press. Finally, put them all together as seen above.
