1. Deadlift: 4 sets, 10 reps
2. Lat Pulldown w/ V-Bar: 4 sets, 10 reps (last set is a drop set)
3. Wide-Grip Low Cable Row: 4 sets, 10 reps (last set is a drop set)
4. Cable Lat Pulldown w/ Rope: 4 sets, 10 reps (last set is a drop set)
5. Dumbbell Low row: 3 sets, 10 reps (last set is a drop set)
6. Superset
