We finished most of the fruit...only 2 mangos and a couple strawberries were left over. I probably ate around 2000 calories that day.

Chunky tomato-mango salsa recipe:

1 carton cherry tomatoes
1 mango
handful fresh basil
handful fresh chives
1-2tbsp raw tahini (optional)

(increase the quantities if you want, this only makes a small bowl)

First blend the tomato and mango and tahini. Then pulse in the herbs.

Pour into a bowl. Add chopped veggies, as many as you like :)

carrot
