NOTE: (July 10 2014) I definitely underate that day. I think I was coming down with a bit of a cold that day (my nose sounds stuffed up) and I think that's why my appetite was so low. I am currently eating about 2000 calories per day...please don't take this video as an example of how much to eat!!)

Breakfast:

Lunch:
1/2 pineapple
3 mangos
handful raspberries

Dinner: EPIC savoury Lasagna Salad

Spinach
Arugula
mushrooms
zucchini noodes
Cherry tomatoes

Creamy Tomato Basil Hemp Dressing - Blend tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, dates, 1 green onion, juice of half a lemon, half a red bell pepper,1 tsp miso paste (optional), fresh basil, 1 tbsp hemp seeds.

This salad is SO GOOD, it deserves its own video LOL.
