"What's for Rent" host Rob Serediuk takes us on a tour of Icicle Valley, one of Muskoka's premier cottage rentals. Designed with the old Muskoka style in mind, but incorporating every modern convenience possible, this cottage has it all. With four bedrooms plus a loft and 2 1/2 bathrooms, it comes fully equipped with all the bells and whistles you would expect: WIFI throughout, washer/dryer, full entertainment system including a 60 inch LCD screen, a steam shower, pool table, hot tub, granite fireplace, and a stainless steel BBQ. The cottage is heated with in-floor heating making it an amazing all-season getaway. And that's just the inside!

Outside, you will find a beautiful, sandy beach frontage with a huge dock that can easily park four 30-foot boats and host fifteen to twenty people. In the winter, you won't be disappointed with the various trails of snowmobile, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing paths right outside your door. The cottage is 10 minutes from both Bala and Port Carling by either boat or car, and is close to a marina. And with approximately 200 feet of undeveloped government land neighbouring this cottage to the south, it is a quiet and private escape from the city.
