"What's for Rent" host Rob Serediuk walks us through this newly built 2200 square foot cottage on the banks of Crystal Lake, a 5 star waterfront property in Haliburton, Ontario. This cottage was designed with both the property owner's own family and the renter in mind, so it's fully stocked with everything you could possibly want in a cottage. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over two floors, soundproofing throughout, and living rooms on each floor, this cottage can easily be shared between two families, sleeping a total of 16 people. The main living space boasts a fabulous gourmet kitchen with all the upgrades, an oversized great room and a 1600 square foot patio providing access to the great outdoors.

In summer, the 30-foot dock comes complete with a 7-person floating island and water trampoline. Engage in a friendly game of beach volleyball or badminton on the 900 square foot beach, or paddle the lake in a canoe or kayak, all included in your stay. In winter, take advantage of the ice fishing hut, snow mobile trails and the après winter activity tradition of a soak in the hot tub.
