I am probably a lot like you. I am a single mom, I work full time, I am over 40 , I have had back issues that have prevented me from doing my workouts and I have an auto immune disease called CELIAC .
My motto is Be Happy, Be Healthy, Be FIT and this is TRULY how I live my life and strive to empower others like YOU.
