You'll Need...

1/2 octopus
1 cucumber
2 scallions
1 clove garlic
1 scotch bonnet pepper
2 limes
1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon shado beni (or cilantro)
